Cancellation policy
free cancellation guarantee until 2 days before arrival
(valid for stays until 11.04.2021)
In order for you to be able to plan your vacation carefree, we guarantee you a free cancellation option should one of these following reasons exist:
- Highest level of travel warning for Vorarlberg
- If for the district of Bregenz the Corona traffic light is red
- In case of border closure
- If because of Covid-19 it’s not possible to ski in all ski areas in the 3 valleys
- If you get sick with Covid-19 (presentation of the positive test result)
- If you have to go into an officially ordered quarantine (presentation of a notification)
Should one of these cases occur, we will cancel your booking without any charge. Otherwise the Austrian hotel contract conditions apply:
- Cancellation up to 31 days before arrival is free of charge
- Cancellation from 30 days to 15 days before arrival
we charge 40% of the total price
- Cancellation from 14 days to 8 days before arrival
we charge 70% of the total price
- Cancellation from 7 days to 1 day before arrival
we charge 90% of the total price
Premium cancellation insurance
To make sure that in case of emergency your costs will be reimbursed, we advise you to take out a travel cancellation insurance.
